(IVMA) Iranian vehicle Manufacturers Association - a non-profit organization, affiliated to none of state organizations – established in 1996 under the registration No. 151 at the Ministry of Labor and Social affairs.

The constitution of Association includes 41 articles and 35 notes that was reviewed in 22 Jan. 2005 and finally confirmed at extraordinary general assembly of Iranian Vehicle Manufacturers Association.
